Indian Road Cafe Inwood

For this week’s Throwback, I chose one of my fave posts, Daily Grind: Jason Minter & the Indian Road Café. First of all, Jason is such an awesome guy and has shown the Uptown Collective love from the beginning. Secondly, Indian Road Café (218th and Indian Road) is just that amazing. They serve really great food with flair and distinction, they have excellent wines and a kick-ass list of beers but it is also a coffee house and an office away from home for many Uptown. I also love this post because Paul Lomax’s pictures of the place are absolutely captivating. By the way, Indian Road Café was named one of the 50 best spring bars by Time Out NY in 2011.

If you have not been to Indian Road Café, then you are truly missing out. So this is an idea. In the next coming days, take a walk in the majestic Inwood Hill Park and then afterward stop by Indian Road Café and have a superb meal. You can thank me later.
