Okay, tonight at 7 PM, Elvis “El Jefe” Martinez will be doing his thing at Highbridge Park as part of the City Parks Foundation’s Summerstage. The concerts will be taking place in the North Ball Fields, which are located just north of the Highbridge Recreation Center on 174th Street and Amsterdam Ave. Next week, Bachata Heightz will take the stage.
