Where in the Heights did you grow up?

21 Bennett Avenue Apt 53

What do you do?

I’m a Lifestyle Trainer and Transformational Coach.  I teach people how to live a healthy, vibrant, balanced life through the disciplines of personal training, yoga, meditation and life coaching.

How did living Uptown influence your hustle?

Growing up in the heights was somewhat challenging for me.  Even though my parents gave us a curfew to play outside (8 PM) or else smack down if we disobeyed, I learned early on that there was more to life than hanging out on the block.  My motivation to excel in my life came from experiencing poverty with my family and I knew deep down inside that there was an opulent universe waiting to be explored.

What are some of the things you are working on?

Starting this Saturday and every Saturday till October.  I’ll be leading a Empowering Walk in Central Park with another trainer that incorporates; personal empowerment, cardio, yoga, meditation and Qi Gong.

DVD Yoga and Meditation for Beginners

CD  – Create the life you Deserve

CD – Intention to Meditate  A beginner’s guide to the fundamentals of meditation

Lots of powerful products to guide people on their personal growth journey.

An online seminar starting in May on ” Creating the Life You Deserve”.

I’m always challenging myself and tapping into my full potential.  Life is about expanding your comfort zone and making room for new and wonderful experiences that mold and shape the person you are destined to be.

Well written. I never thought I would agree with this opinion, but I’m starting to view things differently. I have to research more on this as it seems quite interesting. One thing that is unclear to me though is how everything is related together.
