As a West African Drumming instructor for UPCA, and Musical Director at the Harambee Dance Company, Frank takes a unique approach to composing music by using rhythms of the African diaspora and infusing them with hip- hop, jazz, and funk. Frank is also currently serving as the Musical Director of Batoto Yetu, Associate Musical Director of Abdel Salaam’s Forces of Nature Dance Theatre, and instructor at the Harlem Children’s Zone/Forces of Nature Youth Academy of Dance and Wellness. He can be seen in 20th Century Foxlight feature film “Black Nativity” and Golden Globe nominated Starz Network original mini-series “Flesh and Bone.”
