2014 Warby Parker Fall Collection - Uptown Collective

What is not to love about Warby Parker? You get cutting-edge cool and rock solid quality at a price that won’t break the bank. Their Fall Collection, which is comprised of nine new shapes in various colors and styles, is a sight to behold. If you take your eyewear seriously but don’t want to spend a small fortune than look no further than Warby Parker.

Personally, I am partial to the see-thru smoothness of the Crystal Nash frames but I am also struck by the professorial flyness of the Baxter Ti glasses in Whiskey Tortoise. The beauty is that with the frames starting at $95, you can get more than one pair without having to skip meals. As a family man with daughters that wear glasses, Warby Parker is quite literally a lifesaver.

More than just producing really awesome glasses, Warby Parker also has a pretty cool back-story and philosophy. Warby Parker began with a mission to create simply stunning designer glasses at an affordable price. To make that happen they completely eliminated the middleman.

The dirty little secret of the eyewear industry is that one single company dominates the field, which keeps prices artificially high and forces consumers to pay outrageous prices for glasses. Enter Warby Parker – Monopoly Breaker.

Warby Parker designs the glasses in-house and goes directly to the consumer thereby bypassing traditional channels and producing high-quality eyewear at a price that cannot be beat.

The proverbial icing on the cake is that Warby Parker also has an altruistic bent. Warby Parker partners with non-profits like VisionSpring to ensure that for every pair of glasses sold, a pair is distributed to someone in need. Through this initiative, Warby Parker has distributed more than one million glasses to people in need.

It really doesn’t get better than that. Long live Warby Parker!

The Fall Collection is available online and in showrooms and stores.
