The 8th Annual Latin American Cultural Week In NYC Kicks Off Today

Latin American Cultural Week

Launched in 2006, the Latin American Cultural Week is an annual New York City wide festival which highlights Latin American dance, film, literature, music, theater, visual and performing arts. Many institutions and artists throughout New York City, including Washington Heights and Inwood, participate hosting presentations of music, dance, film, theater, literature, visual and performing arts from or influenced by the diverse cultures of Latin America. The Indispensable NoMAA is taking part in the festivities as is the WHIN Music Project, Word Up Books and the Up Theater Company.

The 8th Annual Latin American Cultural Week will take place November 14 – 25, 2013.
