The Collective Advocates for Social Change & Development, Inc. are calling all poets, actors and spoken word Artists to submit their transcript, MP3 or web link to a casting for a MONOLOGUE SLAM! This will be part of a contest during their fundraiser this October to raise awareness about domestic human trafficking in at-risk communities.
They are looking for content that deals with the following:
• HUMAN TRAFFICKING FOR SEX AND LABOR • CHILD SOLDIERING, CHILD MARRIAGE • DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ISSUES • STI TRANSMISSION ISSUES • MISSING PERSONS • GENDER/RACIAL/ETHNIC STEREOTYPES
