Like I have said on many occasions, outside of the Presidential election, the race for the 13th Congressional district is shaping up to be one of the most interesting in all of the nation. This is what the incomparable Junot Diaz had to say about State Senator Adrian Espaillat.
“We need a leader who will move all of our communities forward and bring the change we need,” said Junot Díaz, the celebrated author of short stories and novels including The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao, the New York Times bestseller which won Díaz a Pulitzer Prize for Fiction in 2008. “I am proud to endorse Adriano Espaillat for Congress and urge all voters to come out and support him on June 26th.”
