Bring on the Health Department letter grades, uptown food truck vendors and customers told the Daily News.

The reaction comes as State Sen. Jose Peralta proposed legislation last week which would require food trucks and carts to display letter grades similar to the ones posted in restaurants.

Trucks serving everything from Dominican to Jamaican food are popular in Upper Manhattan.

“I don’t care really because I keep the truck clean,” said Greg White, owner of Sunrise Grill, a Jamaican food truck on St. nicholas Ave. near W. 166th St. in Washington Heights.
