I have already heard rumors that this week’s edition of the Manhattan Times is fast becoming a scarce commodity. The reason being is that the newspaper is your gateway and info guide to the absolutely amazing month-long arts and culture festival that is the Uptown Arts Stroll, which kicks off next Thursday, June 2^nd at the Shabazz Center (3940 Broadway – between 165th & 166th Streets). The paper also includes the official guide to the Uptown Arts Stroll. The icing on the cake is that Uptown Collective co-founder, M. Tony Peralta, designed the image that blesses both the cover of the paper and the guide. Not to mention, that the Uptown Collective is an official partner in this year’s festivities. The UC alongside NOMAA, the Manhattan Times, the Bago Bunch and Apt 78 among many others will make this the most incredible Uptown Arts Stroll ever. Make sure you get your copy of the Manhattan Times; it is a collector’s edition. Like I have said in the past and will continue to proclaim, the future is ours to shape.
