HIGH POST

Has anyone seen the insanely high crosswalk sign on Nagle Ave. and Sickles St? I was walking home the other night and noticed it.  I burst with laughter at the abnormal height of the sign.  I guess the city doesn’t want any fellas from the “block” doing any chin-ups, lol!

   they did that because the kids that hang out on that corner use to put black tape on the 4 fingers of the blinking “stop” hand leaving only the middle finger lmaoooo
