Our brother, close associate and fellow Uptown resident Manny Perez took a trek up to Yale to take part in Yale’s Caribbean Week. Manny gave a talk that was co-sponsored by the Dominican Student Association (QuisqueYalies) and discusses his experiences in Hollywood as well as the current state of Dominican cinema. The audience was also treated to a sneak preview of La Soga. Believe me when I tell you, La Soga is absolutely incredible. The flick should be out by late summer.
